Selections From the Rubell Family Collection

USF Contemporary Art Museum

The world-renowned Rubell Family Collection features more than 1,000 significant works by contemporary artists including Carl Andre, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Francesco Clemente, Eric Fischl, Keith Haring, Damien Hirst, Cindy Sherman, Anselm Keifer, Jeff Koons, Charles Ray and many others. The Collection was installed in its current Miami location, a former Drug Enforcement Agency confiscation center, in December of 1994. The Collection has been free and open to the public since early 1998.

The exhibition for USF Contemporary Art Museum was curated by Amy Cappellazzo, Director of the Rubell Family Collection, and Margaret A. Miller, Director of the USF CAM. The artists represented are Stephan Balkenhol, Ross Bleckner, Karin Davie, Naomi Fisher, Dan Flavin, Mike Kelley, William Kentridge, Yasumasa Morimura, Juan Mu–oz, Cady Noland, Richard Prince, Norberto Rodriguez, Beverly Semmes and Christopher Wool.
